Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels

Good vegan bagels, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. One suggestion would be to add vegan eggs (like Just Egg) but glad they have vegan patty cheese

West coast bagels are not east coast bagels, but of the locally made west coast bagels on offer in Portland, these are some of the best, for my money. They sell out every day so go early if you must have a specific kind.

I got a toasted blueberry bagel with honey almond cream cheese, and it warm and gooey and delicious. The outside of the bagel was satisfyingly chewy. Service was very fast.

Everything Bagel with smoked Salmon, capers, red onion, and tomatoes. Amazing!
