Great customer service (sometimes). You need to wear more social distancing and mask. See something to say. Quick check-out. I wish instead of using the app to check Prime for discounts, we should simply be able to give them our phone number or email. I would never eat food from here because every time I come here, the people who made the food did not wear gloves (except the Sushi Lady)
Have many types of goods you usually cannot find in other supermarkets. Very clean and organized with helpful staff. Also a good place for Amazon returns and Amazon locker pickup. Some articles are reduced for main members.
This is a small whole foods location. The store is clean and usually in stock. They sell a variety of products. The service is exceptional in all areas. It's easy to find an employee when you need. Sometimes prices are too high. Most people shopping there already know. The prepared food counter moves slowly. Although it is usually worth waiting. Not always. The parking lot is good. The parking lot is clean.
Whole foods are rarely disappointed and the Jenkintown site, PA is no exception. Calm and cool with well-stocked shelves and food that is always fresh and high quality. The products are my favorite part of all foods because it is always fresh (by east coast standards). There is a decent whole body section with vitamins, cosmetics, make-up and more. The bread and bakery department is well equipped. There is a new plant-based “burger” station that looks divine. We were full of dinner so we didn't try it, but we'll be sure to try it again. People on the line sing praise. A few things that could use an update: the store has no self-check-out registers that is a bummer, as many people like the full contactless DIY forces shopping experience. It would also be nice if “new” articles were somehow highlighted, so the buyers knew about their debut.
Decided to try Plant Burger. Luis was the person behind the counter. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I had lots of questions since this was first time. Luis took his time and thoroughly explained the menu, including all the variable sauces. I'm not a vegetarian but decided to give it a try. I got the cheeseburger and herb fries. It was actually good. I told Luis my husband likes chili and he gave me a small sample to take home. I've shopped at this particular Whole Foods for over 15 years and I can tell you this is the best customer service I've ever received at this store. In fact, the customer service at this Whole Foods is seriously lacking. Anytime my husband or myself have asked staff any questions regarding certain products or their availability the staff barely make eye contact and always act like it's a hassle to open their mouth and speak. I prefer the Plymouth meeting location where inventory is more plentiful and staff are pleasant. I hope Whole Foods recognizes staff who provide exemplary customer service. Luis definitely far exceeded my expectations(due to previous experiences at this location) and I hope his efforts are rewarded.
