A very bad customer experience especially for people with limited German. The food was good, but the kind of waitress was terrible and abrupt. It made a mistake with the order jump to conclusions and not time to confirm the order. Note the payment is only cash, but this will not be clear by any signing or by the waitress until the end of the meal when the invoice is requested. The bill was not presented on stage, but the sum that was spoken very quickly in German. The waitress just pointed to the bank. This is very unusual and if you do not know in advance, the bomb delivery of these payment terms seems incredibly rude. It ruined our evening.

We were snowshoe hikers all day and came to this place on recommendation. Everything was great! The service was very local and very friendly! She was careful with all our special wishes. The food was very well prepared and very well tasted. It was quickly brought to us.

We were very hungry that we missed a breakfast this day and drive since morning. We arrived at the restaurant at 2:00 and were ready to eat everything. We have beautiful, local beer and ordered classic Viennese schnitzel with pommes and Austrian knodel. Both dishes were very large and very tasty, we came from the restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was fast and solid. If you are for a not overpriced place with local cuisine in Maurach, I would recommend this place.

Very nice restaurant with a beautiful Tyrolean atmosphere. We had lunch and cyclists. I must say it was very refreshing and rejuvenating after the walk around the Achensee. This restaurant specializes in classic Tyrolean cuisine and they make it. The food was perfect even though a bit fat and heavy. Recommended.
