I have rarely written negative reviews, but my experience last week was surreal. We have reserved a table with a group of 13 colleagues to have drinks. The person at the bar/witter seemed a little concerned because he understood that we were coming around 18.30 instead of 16.30. anyway, the restaurant was empty, so we thought it was okay to stay. We were a quiet group of people, everyone with tea or wine. I asked for a bottle of Planeta and I got a bottle of Cirò. The waiter insisted that it was Planeta. As I am Italian, I know the Italian wines a bit, but even more I will be annoyed when I see that we do not export the kind of hospitality I know. We asked for Antipasti, he said it was too complicated to get olives and crackers. We wanted to order a few more things, he basically ignored us. The waiter just wanted us to leave the place with some excuses, how he waited for some people coming around 18.30 (we don't have a reservation at 18.30 as he said? Some of us even wanted to stay for dinner (just say we were customers ready to consume, not just sitting on a table, but some others realized that the waiter was so bad with us, we should go better.
