Contribuiți la feedbackThe atmosphere was wonderful. The drinks were okay and the food wasn't so great. We had shrimps and grits and swordfish. The grottos were hard and only 6 small shrimps with him, the 'Grotte' on top of the grottos had no taste. The view was absolutely beautiful.
Large hidden gem at the marina on Jekyll Island near the path bridge. Beautiful atmosphere with views of the marina, and a swimming pool and hot tub for mouses and marina owners. Food was all delicious, drinks were well made with good happy hour specials. I was also impressed by the amount of waiting staff, the speed of the kitchen and the friendliness of the bus drivers: I know retention is hard for restaurant owners, and the owners seem to do a good job here. My only complaint is the portion size of dinner is a little small, but that simply means more space for the delicious homemade desserts. We are recommended to visit the island every time.
Not bad. Would you? ve appreciated more choice, somewhat attentive service, and larger portions for the Also mainly?mad? because they were from the homemade desserts lol! I got the crabcakes and they were all right. Well tasted. French pommes were blah, Koleslaw was decent. Had Pickles in that I thought was initially strange, but was not at all a bad supplement, not a lot of food overall, although for 20. Wife had a salad and chicken and huge portion. Balsamico vinaigrette was terrible there she said, and I immersed a French frit and voted. 15 seemed better.
We had great drinks and good dinner here. Low land cook starters, fried shrimps, shrimps and grits entrees. Burger and grilled cheese for children. It's pretty good. LCB was kind of vaccinated, but the taste was good. Fried shrimps cooked and seasoned well. Shrimps and geese were good, but also kind on shrimps. Our appetizers, salads and meals all meet the table at the same time. Waiter said salads and app were first... Great property and views. The experience was somewhere in the north of a company seafood restaurants, but similar to Harry's or Bochamps.
Last fall, southbound on on the Intracoastal we spent a week at the Jekyll Harbor Marina and at the end of May, this year (2022), northbound, we spent another week at Jekyll Harbor. Zachary's Riverhouse is in the Marina and during our two week long visits we ate in the Riverhouse six times and enjoyed happy hour several additional times. The food was very good, we never had a meal that wasn't both good and enjoyable. Even over the Memorial Day weekend, with a huge holiday crowd, the quality stayed high.
