I can't give it a full 5 stars because there are definitely some issues, but it's hard to rate it lower than 4 since there are moments when it shines. This location is currently facing staffing challenges, which you can't entirely blame them for given the economy, but one has to wonder how hard they're fighting to improve the situation. The drive-thru line moves at two speeds: either super fast or painfully slow. The night shift tends to focus on fresh food, but the wait can sometimes be excruciating. The day shift varies greatly depending on who's working; the food can range from amazing to soggy and unappetizing. However, one thing you can count on is that the line moves quickly. Overall, if the staff is at full capacity, I have no doubt this place could easily earn a 5-star rating.
My wife and I were quite impressed with our dining experience. The food was served hot, and it felt hearty, not just a plate of lettuce. However, we did encounter a few issues. Specifically, we noticed that Mountain Dew has been replaced with Blast, which was a letdown. Additionally, my wife prefers her Nacho Bell Grande without sour cream or beans, but unfortunately, it didn't come with tomatoes either—just chips and cheese.
Your app makes everything so convenient! I purchased a Taco Pass for the month of February, which allows me to get a free taco every day. Plus, they introduced Taco Tuesday, where you can get two tacos for the price of one. I ended up getting three tacos and a drink for just three dollars! I absolutely love Taco Bell!
