Rapid Fired Pizza - Jeffersonville

I absolutely love being able to create my own pizza, and it’s ready in under five minutes! It's a great spot to visit when you're hungry.

I usually enjoy this restaurant, but my last experience was quite disappointing. The service was much slower than expected. I waited in line for 25 minutes just to get a salad. The staff seemed to lack urgency and communication skills. I really shouldn’t have to wait that long for a salad.

The staff seemed clueless about their duties. I had difficulty understanding and placing my order. My 80-year-old mother, who chose the restaurant, expressed disappointment and said that they lost a customer due to their inability to get the order right.

Do not order online. just go in. order online for 12:50. my first pizza went around 1:07 through the many, and my order (2 pizzas, 1 garlic bread) was not up to 1:15. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but at least 20 people went through the lead in the business and all got their orders before me. also not the sauces for the garlic bread. but tastes good!

The food was really good and the staff was great. They had some new menus and computer stuff they were still learning but made it part of the experience. Thank you Paul.
