Mcalister's Deli - Jeffersonville

The food was great, but the workers were more concerned to close the load around 845 clock when they were our order. said to us more than once they closed at 9 and we would have to go if we didn't finish eating. I said they can close at 9 but as long as a customer eats here, they wait for them to clean them up. you never tell a customer that they have to take their lunch when they eat in the dining room, only so that they get cam quickly and close ready so that they can go home quickly. not professional!

For someone who gives out a lot of money, my service today was the worst! from the manager who treated it on the 2 snobby, rude female workers after the girl who said that your eating is fresh, it is so that it is pleasant to you! bring them back a clean load, good mangements, GREAT food and better workers! contact them who is in possession or they can contact me.

Never again my pickle with my sandwich...this happy cost every time I order at this place. would not post about it, but they have an option wile order online that ask if u want the pickle I always click yes and have never got a pickle, except I go back and ask for a person. nonbubblebass

Not sure why this place is so bad, but I will no longer visit the jeffersonville mcalister. the customer service is always bad and eating is not so good. they make that sandwich different. I've never got one of the pickles after I asked for them.

Customer service today was pretty bad when you have 3 employees stand and stare at me for 10 minutes while one person is taking orders. Teach other employees how to run a cash register will help out. You can do better
