Krispy Kreme - Jeffersonville

I wish I could give this place a zero rating! I visited on a Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m., hoping for some comfort food. The drive-thru was closed, so I went inside only to find that there were barely any donuts available. Despite that, I decided to buy some. However, their prices are outrageously high for what you get! I paid $20 for 6 regular glazed donuts and 6 mini donuts. I could easily go to a fantastic bakery called Jeff's Bakery, where I can get much bigger and more delicious donuts for just a bit more money! Trust me, I will be making that trip to Jeff's Bakery instead! To make matters worse, there were two other customers who left because the drive-thru was closed! Never again!

I visited today at 11:30 a.m. and found that they were nearly out of donuts. The staff were sitting at a table on their phones, and when I asked about the donuts, they said they were out because they didn’t feel motivated to prepare more. This was the first time I’ve encountered a place that wasn’t ready to serve customers on a Sunday. It would have been nice if they had shown a bit more willingness to serve rather than spending so much time on their phones.

Oh, what can I say that's negative? Honestly, not much—except that the cappuccino could use some improvement. I’m a true coffee aficionado at heart. I recommend getting a regular coffee along with a box of these delicious donuts; it’s an indulgent experience that’s hard to beat. It’s not something I do every day, but once or twice a year, I treat myself to a weekend filled with movies, coffee, and, of course, KK donuts.

This place never disappointed. the donuts are always fresh and they have a really good choice. brandon is brilliant and went over and over for us and has excellent customer service.

Normally a good place to go. I don't know if they are having a hard time finding help. But line is slow and person at window today didn't understand us.
