Domino's Pizza - Jefferson City

I was craving Buffalo wings and decided to stop in and quickly received them! I had my meal within 10 minutes. Excellent job, everyone!

The service is fast, typically I opt for takeout to the car. However, the few times I have dined in the restaurant, I found it to be clean and staffed by professionals.

We waited an hour and a half for our food, which arrived cold and missing items from our order. The restaurant refuses to answer their phone to address our concerns and provide a refund. With so many other dining options in Jeff, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a meal.

Always have my order fresh and on time. I will apologize. The app said my pizza was delivered and but hadn?t been. I clicked the follow up on the site when I should have called first. When I called, the young man explained how the driver was still in myarea but the app must have tracked him when he passed by making it appear it had been delivered. I hadn?t received a text sayingit was delivered. Two minutes later he pulled up with my order.

I don't order very often so when my curbside pickup took way longer than it should have I was pretty disappointed. There were workers inside standing around doing nothing and all I ordered was a side. Prolly sat waiting for close to an hour and myhusband had to finally go in to get our order. He was told that our order wasn't put in as a curbside pickup. But everythingabout my order emails was detailed like it was. I've never been so unhappy with this place.
