This is a small indoor restaurant with Azerbaijan cousin, located on Plaza level in Sadaf cluster, JBR. The food was good. The service is fine. Thanks.

Great place to watch the live football, especially when Azeri teams are playing. Food and shisha are reasonably priced and the outdoor seating was really pleasant. I'm a massive fan of Azerbaijani cuisine, and the doshama plov was well presented indeed. The only things that could make it better is if it wasn't so hot inside and if there hadn't been an annoying connection error with the HDMI that caused the tv screen showing the football outside to constantly flicker on and off. When it got a bit busier, I waited for a long time in between shisha top-ups to the point where the coals had disintegrated completely, so perhaps they needed more than one person making the rounds on weekends. I was also disappointed that they were out of pomegranate juice and tarragon sherbet (especially as Goychay Pomegranate Festival is coming up! , although the lemon mint juice was a very nice alternative. I look forward to returning in future and trying more dishes on the menu.

From Zomato got 200 Aed voucher for takeaway from karabakh restaurant, It's a Azerbaijan food house . So I place the order : SOUP Lentil soup . Delicious tomato base Lentil soup with a tangy flavor hint of parsley ,Best with their complementary bread . SALAD Mangal Salad : Grilled smashed Aubergine with chopped tomato, bell peeper, cilantro, olive oil n salt pepper. this's fav among all . Pomegranate Salad : Salad is very simple with cucumber, tomatoes, slices of onion and parsley. Seasoning was soo good with tanginess of Lemon juice and subtleness of Olive Oil and Pepper and in addition add of hand ful of pomegranate seed. MAIN COURSE : Lamb chops : 3 pieces of grilled lamb chops with some cut caramelized onion. Grilled Vegetables : Aubergine , whole tomato , mushroom , onion grilled to the perfection ..

I just love Azerbaijan food! I visited Baku some time ago and it was such a great culinary adventure! Even though im a not a “meat” person and Azerbaijan cuisine is very rich in meats, I could definitely find something delicious for my veggie oriented taste mangal salad and kutab Will go back to try some chicken or lamb, brought from Azerbaijan of course. They dont use locally sourced meat
