Delicious. Never been to Makassar, but yes, that's good.
The best Coto (pronounced cho-tow place in Jayapura. It is a spicy soup with choices of minced meat and sorted cow organs. My darling is the death. Regular elections include liver, pancreas, intestinal and kidney. A rare find is reduced lungs.
Free buras (basically wrapped rice) ftw the flavor isn't consistent, at times they are too bland while other times quite delicious Not that clean
The taste is delicious
