Gypsera - Jaun

Pretty restaurant on the Lakeside. The choice of ice cream is quite big and they're very good. I recommend meringue glacée, it is made of ice cream, meringue and double cream from Gruyère..

I was on the paddle board and some guests from the restaurant came into the water with 2 horses! Not just that they let the horses dump a nr2 in the water just where all people are swimming ! A local farmer on the terrace had also a big mouth to me as I asked to clean it up! But the restaurant takes no lead in keeping the lovely lake clean!

Burger with fries was super nice. Top food. Very nice. View from the terrace to the lake. Super nice.

Feedback from last Friday: The food was very tasty and beautifully prepared. The service staff was attentive and made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. My dog also got some water. It's just a shame that the owner screamed so loudly in the kitchen, probably for three minutes. : I don't want to have a boss like that!
