Contribuiți la feedbackStopped in for the first time to try some tea. I can't remember the name of the tea I got but it was Mango Pineapple. It was nice and cold. Very refreshing. There was a slight bitter aftertaste that was different. But other than that it was delicious. I will be going back to try other flavors. The location was clean and cool. Nice cozy seating area with couches or you can belly-up to the bar with a stool. I took my tea to-go. Kinda pricey for a drink. But absolutely worth it! They offer beauty drinks, teas, coffees and shakes. Customer service wasn't bad. Wasn't overly friendly though.Parking: There are a couple of free parking spaces on the street directly in front of the location and along the street.
The room was nice. The staff was friendly helpful. The property is a little ways off the interstate. There are gas stations, food other stores nearby. Much of the mall (shown on the map) appears to be closed. The hotel accepts dogs. FYI internet says pet friendly for extra $20. It is actually $20+ tax per dog. Also the property is surrounded by walls fences completely paved. You must take your dog offsite to find a grassy area.
I have only visited once. Prices seem to be comparable to other similar places. They have many options: coffees, shakes, and teas.
I dried up some water off the floor with a white towel and towel was filthy. The bathroom sink had what looked like facial hair in it. The bed was uncomfortable.Another guest was smoking dope outside of my room.
We booked with best western, jasper al may 6th, 2023 through hotels. com. A second reservation that I didn't book was generated within 7 minutes of the first. I canceled my original reservation due to our plans changing, totally unaware of this second reservation in file. We were charged $110 for a no-show. I contacted hotels.com immediately. They saw it as an error, and requested the hotel to refund our money. The manager, Mr. Patel, refused. I spoke with his manager, Jeannie. She saw the error and said she would speak with him. The following day, they would not answer my calls, yet if I used another phone they would answer immediately. He had his staff lie to me and say he was on vacation, yet another employee would tell me he was due in or on break and couldn't speak with me. I contacted corporate in Phoenix who spoke with him and he still has refused to refund our money. We are in our 80s, it would make no sense to book 2 rooms, within 7 minutes or each other, on separate cards, cancel one and not show up for the second room. We need our money. We don't play games with businesses.
