This Popeyes in Jasper, TX was the worst I have ever been to. They were out of items we wanted so we ordered the spicy tenders. Unfortunately, they were not spicy, cold, and tough. The front area and dining area were very dirty. There were no napkins in the dispensers, so we had to clean our own table.

Popeyes is very proud of their chicken. These prices are ridiculous.

Went to the drive thru, and they were taking one persons order, cooking their order, and giving it to them, then they would take the next car.It took me 30 minutes to just tell them my order and an additional 20 to cook my food.Once you are in the drive thru and people come up behind your car, you are stuck there for close to an hour.I ordered two things during the diner rush time, so there were about 8 cars behind me stuck going through this long wait.We oreder two meals, a chicken sandwich meal and a chicken tender meal. It took 20 minutes to get the order after placing it. I think they cook to order, which if that is the case is one of the reasons they are so dang slow! Also, they need to take more than just one order to help make the line flow.My advice is to not go here, and hopefully, they will get new management or shut down. That would be the only good thing to have happen here.There's no reason someone's wait time should be over an hour in a drive thru.This place is a joke.

I bought a meal with my app. When I got there they were closed. Broken pipes. Went by on another day and was told I would get a refund. Still haven't gotten it and no one answers the phone.
