Paleteria Y Neveria Litzy's - Jarrell

Read it outside for an hour for them to open to get my daughter some ice cream. 11 AM came and left and they still were not open. We did for the 15 minutes and still not open. And phone number wasn't taking any calls. No sign on the door explaining that they would be closed. I drove all the way from Killeen for nothing. If you want loyalty from customers, you should probably show some yourself.

Came in today and I guess they hired a new lady because Iv never seen her before and she gave me the wrong amount of money ! And also gave me a hot nasty drink I was expecting to taste good Smh and I’m pregnant and really wanted some good agua ? ! Iv never had this problem but now I know not to come in when that lady is working!

I’d rather go here than Dairy Queen! It’s definitely a hidden spot in Jarrell. Service is fast sometimes a wait but it’s because they are so good! If you got a craving for a Mangonada, Paletas or a refreshing agua fresca this is the place.

Terrible service and poor customer service. I don't know if it's because it was late or what, but I arrived around 7pm. When the lady enters her cell phone, she does not get up to take my order, but instead yells at me from where she is, what am I going to want... I had to ask the lady if she could come closer to me so that I would not have to raise my voice when ask for my order since it was not necessary. What a shame that the only place in Jarrell that offers this service has such poor customer service.

The service was exceptional, and the popsicles, ice creams, and snacks were delicious. The owner is very friendly, and I highly recommend this place.
