Chef Sebastiano is able to invent and create great dishes with extreme simplicity, all that prepare deserves attention. It is a complete chef able to prepare everything from appetizers the first seconds contours sweet pizza bread etc., wherever he puts his hands he can not peel. Its specialty is risotto but for me everything really deserves the same level. For the rest Orta restaurant is exactly in front of the great Hotel Okura and completes the team the fantastic Kumiko always available and then ....fa some spritz that are the end of the world !!!
