Taco Bell - Janesville

The drive thru line moved quickly and the staff was friendly!!

Sometimes its a little slow but from what i see they do sometimes make up for being slow.

Horrible they messed up my very large order . I had to drive back for them to fix it waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before another person came in and started yelling we need assistance out here these people have been standing here for 15 minutes finally someone came to the counter and helped us what a horrible place will never go there again and the price is crazy 100.00 dollars for a small amount of food and horrible service never again ?

$5 for a single Gordita crunch and it's just slapped together, as the same with my soft shell tacos. I had 1 car in front of me so I'm unsure what the rush was. Its my fault for going to taco bell honestly.

Horrible costumer service manager doesn't know how to handle upset costumers at all shouldn't be a manager at all crew members telling us not to call back even though they messed up my order hope the gm will do something about this or I'll be going to corporate about it. Will never go back to this location again. We'll waited over a week for the general manager to do something about what happened and all I got was I'll call you back never did so they don't care about the costumers at all wouldn't recommend going to this location to anyone until they get new management that know how to do there jobs that know how to be a manager and care about the costumers and there complaints and food and rudness of other managers..
