Papa Johns Pizza - Janesville

The restaurant has been in business for a while now. The papadias were a bit overcooked, but the specialty pizza was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

For a bargain large chain pizza, it's quite good. However, the sauce packets were cold, which is something my daughter always mentions with every order we place.

When I visited the restaurant, I was greeted by Kaylee, but unfortunately, she didn't welcome me or ask how I was doing. When I inquired about any specials, she couldn't recommend anything beyond what I could find on the online menu. It was quite frustrating, as I expected a more friendly and inviting atmosphere, especially if they want to uphold a good reputation.

The layout of the restaurant is poor and not very clean. Some of the staff appear to be annoyed whenever a customer walks in, which is quite unusual. They used to have good online promo codes and offers, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. On the bright side, the pizzas still taste fantastic!

My husband and I absolutely love their Six Cheese Tuscan Pizza with Ranch Sauce. We also really enjoy their Parmesan Chicken Wings. The only issue I have is that the delivery drivers often have trouble locating my address.
