Great service. But unfortunately my food had a very bland taste. I'll try another time.

I don't go here often but when I do, I usually order Alfredo Montamore w/parmesan crusted when I go in and it is usually on par, however this time around it is complete trash. The chicken was cold and almost appeared to be gray in color the few pieces of chicken that looked regular in color had a bad texture to them. Even my appetizer was cold and unappetizing. Just gave me a goodreason to not come back for a long time if even at all.

So I deliver food. They don 't like to deal their bags for delivery drivers correctly. If it 's not correctly sealed I get reported for it. So why when I ask for another sticker on a bag because the other one is not sticking I get told why don 't you just a new job then? That 's how your staff treats us. The old guy on register did that to me today. I 'm sry I interrupted your flirting with the young girls, but I 'm just trying to make a living. I will be contacting corporate

I ordered the buttered noodles and the noodles look and taste disgusting like they were cooked yesterday, I love coming here but the last couple of times I have ordered the food has been horrible ??

Extreme disappointment! We haven’t been to Janesville and Noodles for quite a while and thought we would stop in for a quick bite to eat.The food was bad and poorly prepared. The food was served in what looked like TV dinner trays with plastic utensils! I had the buffalo chicken mac cheese, and my bowl was filled halfway with some kind of cheese sauce that tasted horrible! I’m not sure I even got the gluten-free noodles that I ordered.?The restaurant was filthy and needs a good scrub down. The last rice crispy left at the front cash register looked like it had been manhandled all day. When I asked for a fresh one, it was a big deal that needed corporate approval to get a fresh one. I very rarely will write a review, but for the money go to Chick-Fil-a instead!!
