Mcdonald's - Janesville

The food is always dry.. fries always old... they always mess up my order.. and i never get toys in the kids meals.. the staff is rude..

No people involvement any more. Only kiosks and no more soda fountain. No more interaction with humans.

Waited 30 minutes for food. My fish must have been recorded it was so greesy I couldn't eat it. Gave me the wrong soda twice. Never going there

I ordered two pancakes with sausage, a burrito meal, and a sausage biscuit meal. I was asked to move forward to wait for my coffee. When I checked the bag, I discovered there were no burritos—just something else entirely. I got my coffee and inquired about the incorrect food, and a different staff member came over to provide a refund for one of the wrong meals. I explained that I actually wanted the burritos and that I never received my Coke from the other meal. Eventually, I got the burritos and the Coke. However, when I got home, I realized they also forgot the hash browns that were supposed to come with the two meals. I should have given a tip for the number of mistakes made on this order!
