Domino's Pizza - Janesville

This is the second time in a row that I've placed a carry out order, showed up 15 minutes later just to find out they have no record of me ever calling in.. The location is correct and the guy I spoke to on the phone was in there but apparently they lost my order. Everything seemed fine on the phone and they took my name down but when I show up after the time frame they gave me nothing was ready. I was forced to redo the whole order and wait another 20 minutes in the lobby after I specifically called ahead to avoid that. It's very frustrating to have that happen twice in a row. I'm not sure if they just have my information wrong in the computer or what but I'm not happy.

Pizza was way more way more expensive than they let on it was going to be and they charge like a $6 delivery fee and it's like two blocks from my house it's ridiculous cost me like $45 for two pizzas in the desert

Bree has been taking good care of my orders and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am greeted every time I vidit

Had a very large part order and they talked it with no problem and right on time
