I thought the Eggs Benedict was very good They could have used a better English Muffin but the Hollandaise Sauce was excellent. The House Potatoes were excellent, amazing seasoning and cooked perfectly. My wife got the Taco Omelette and it was disappointing. It lacked any spices and the eggs were brown.
