Based on my experiences, I've decided to stop shopping at this location. I've visited other Lowe's stores without encountering similar issues. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who feels this way. Having a background in customer service before moving on to a different career, I believe the store could significantly improve its asset protection approach. With better training, the staff could learn to differentiate between actual theft incidents and unfairly targeting innocent customers.

They offered me various alternatives, but I still turned them down. Some people might think it’s not a big deal, and they could be right. However, I put a lot of thought and effort into planning my dinners! It may seem minor, but how many chances do you get to get things right?

I absolutely adore Lowe's Grocery Store! I discovered this hidden gem during my trip to Greensboro, NC. I truly appreciate that customers have the opportunity to make purchases while also donating to the food pantry. We definitely need more Lowe's locations everywhere. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly as well!

This grocery store is simply amazing! Mainly found in the Carolinas, it's a pleasure to find such a diverse range of local and regional food options all in one spot. The customer service is outstanding; the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even have a bar where you can sample draft beers, with a new selection almost every day. I genuinely wish I lived in the Carolinas just to shop here more often. And let's not forget the BBQ deli – there's a whole section dedicated to smoked and braised meats! The bartender was fantastic too; she was very engaging with customers and had great knowledge of the products. I would give this place a perfect five out of five stars!
