Always fantastic—the best food in town, hands down! The ice cream machine is always up and running, and the staff are really friendly!

This place is really declining. I had my first experience with bad food and incorrect orders here. I went through the drive-thru three times, and the guy at the window who took my payment repeated my order back to me, but it wasn't correct. When I pointed out the mistake and clarified what I actually ordered, he didn't bother to fix it like I expected he would. When I got home, everything was wrong. Considering the prices these restaurants charge, you'd think they would ensure that orders are correct. Unfortunately, many of the young employees seem to lack motivation and don't take their jobs seriously, which is a reflection on management as well. It's disheartening to see this new generation showing such a lack of work ethic. If you're looking for good food and service, I suggest you steer clear of Jamestown.

The food was hot and fresh. It took a little longer to receive my order than I would have preferred, but overall it was a positive experience.

Service was good. The girl that waited on us was very pleasant. I got the biscuits and gravy combo, it comes with a hashbrowns. It was a nice breakfast. Had a original cheeseburger, pretty good!

I was particularly impressed when my ice cream cake was personally delivered by Penny Frogg to Deer Lodge on November 23rd. Who does that? Right! Penny did! I can't express how much this meant to me; she truly has a golden touch! I'm so grateful for Penny’s kindness, which made me feel like a valued friend instead of just a stranger. Thank you, Penny!
