The Nourish Spot - Jamaica

I will continue to support Black-owned businesses, especially The Nourish Spot! The food is fresh and delicious, with options like create-your-own salads, yogurt parfaits, and fresh steel-cut oats. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is my go-to spot for lunch in the area. The food is both delicious and satisfying, and they always make sure to deliver with care, sometimes even including a sweet note on the bag. You guys are amazing!

This food was absolutely delicious. I also feel so rejuvenated from drinking their smoothie and having one of their wraps.

They have a great menu. Last fruit bowl I ordered wasn't fresh. Fruit was loosing color and had water marks around edges indicating fruit was not fresh. Seemed refrigerated from a day or two before.

The yogurt parfaits at this restaurant are consistently amazing. They are the best in the borough, hands down!
