Frogmore - Jamaica Plain

Ordered take out via the phone, on a Sunday. The hostess told us it would be 25-30 minutes which would have been perfect, except she had not checked with the kitchen when she told us this. In the end the total wait time was closer to 90 minutes. Overall apoor experience would mostly fault the hostess on, who was quite rude and didn't want to be helpful. The manager was veryhelpful but in the end the food was a bit bland for all of the wait.

Decor of this place is great. The bar is impressive. Food is meh ! Good place if you have kids. Casual and cozy. Service is good except they took our drinks away before they were funny drained ?? They have a few pinball machines which is a huge bonus.

Our server was great and the ambiente is casual, but beautiful. eating was also good, but we have the feeling, it was a bit expensive for what they get. overall it was okay and we could get back.

Entrees were sized more like appetizers, which was disappointing considering I’m especially pregnant and especially hungry. Food was bomb though

Drinks delicious. Pimm s cup Shrimp/grits fried green tomatoes tasty!!
