Taberna El Matahambre - Jaén

Forced place to visit every time we go to jaen, we have always been treated big and food cannot be better. However, this last time we were disappointed by the attitude of a waiter or manager, but the waitress was much more correct.

Very recommended restaurant. We ask that everything be shared and very good. We asked for the salmon tricorns (it was good, but very normal) the eggplants to the honey (very good,) the golden oxide (recomendable,) and a potato cake, morcilla and goat cheese (my favorite dish). There is a variety of dishes in the menu, I would certainly repeat trying new things.

Good place to eat and drink something. going to the burger had always been synonymous with success. the food is good and the menu has a lot of variety. However, the last time we were, it was a group of disobedience: it took a lot to serve us and one of the dishes we asked for cold but very cold wine. I understand that that day the place was full, but I think it's no excuse not to provide the right service. However, we will go again, because they are more pros than cons.

It is not the typical tapas bar with the drink we are used to in jaen. I went with my partner and we asked for a stir of gulas that was a good, two incomings and dessert, all very well presented and very rich

They're supposed to open at eight o'clock. We have entered at 20.30, the truth that punctuality has not been its strong. Anyway, table service and very good food
