Taberna Del Volapie Jaen

I guess that this is one of the better places in central Jaen to go for a drink and some tapas. They also have a nice outdoor seating area, from where you can overlook the local street life. The qualitty of their tapas is okay, more like what's usual in Andalusia than something really special. Fish, meat, croquettas etc. etc. Prices are also average, not cheap, the quality for money is OK. Staff is friendly.

We ate a few tapas and drank sangria, the waiters were not unkind ut also not friendly, the locatiin is excellent, it’s close to everything and also quite windy which was very good on a hot summers day

Wine superb. Free tapas served with drinks. Food delicious. Service very good. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Good place to cover or eat / dining room rations or more blunt dishes as it has a very complete menu (I love your tomato with ventresca and so croquettes). also has a large wine cellar and offers a good price beans (2 euros the cane). its terrace is very comfortable surrounded by vegetation and attention is well with friendly and professional waiters. So, yeah, I recommend it.

We came by chance. the very funny bartenders. the good food and a lot. We asked for 3 things and there was a lot. He's got us and we'll be back. a brewery and a snack dinner.
