Tutem Tea - Jacksonville

Tutem tea goes past the normal milk teas. They employ lots of fruit or different combinations as compared to their competitors. I highly recommend the caramel milk tea as the caramel sauce they make homemade is so rich and dark and delicious!

We got milk teas and unfortunately they tasted watered down. Maybe it's because we asked for half sweet? But that shouldn't affect the flavor. Both the matcha and the pearl tea we had were pretty underwhelming. We tried a different cafe today at half sweetness and they were great.. so unfortunately we weren't impressed by Tutem.. maybe we got them on an off day?

My favorite drink here is the king fone oolong. I have tried a few others such as the lemon black tea and Hong Kong milk tea. The Hong Kong milk tea is okay. The owner(? who makes it seems to use an authentic method but the flavor is lacking. Every time I've visited, there's only one person working so it can be a bit of a wait. I've also walked in and waited about 10 minutes one time and no one ever came to the front. If they were on a bathroom break of sorts, I'd suggest putting up a sign so customers know.

Walked in and it was so dirty. The containers were used never washed. I don't think that's Professional.

I went there while traveling from Orlando because I wanted boba. I got the menu and 2 out of the three things I got were not available. Also, when I got my drinks, both barely had any flavor nor sweetness to it.
