Timwah Chinese Dim Sum - Jacksonville

I ordered wrapped shrimp, shrimp fried rice, rice in leaves, sesame balls, shumai, and chive dumplings. Overall, the food was decent, but it wasn't the best dim sum experience I've had. Some dishes were a bit too salty for my taste. However, the shrimp fried rice and sesame balls filled with sweet bean paste were definitely highlights. I found the menu confusing, as the names in the pictures didn't match those on the order list. The waitstaff were not unfriendly, but they seemed preoccupied with their phones, which added to the overall lack of attentive service. Although the restaurant was very busy for lunch on a weekday and appeared to be popular, unfortunately, it didn't leave a lasting impression on me.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite spot for Dim Sum! The food is consistently amazing, and every penny spent is absolutely worth it. I can never get enough of this place. I highly recommend trying everything on the menu, and you can't go wrong with the Mango Mochi for dessert—it's my personal favorite!

After exploring the area opposite Jacksonville and reading previous reviews, we decided to try another small business. We arrived around midday and were greeted right away and seated promptly. The menu features pictures, and we were given a scratch sheet to mark our selections, which made ordering really simple! We were not disappointed with the food; everything was super fresh and served hot. The place was very clean, and our server was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

This is by far the best meal I have had. Ever. We tried a variety of dishes and they were all very flavorful! It took about 20 minutes, but we came during a rush and the food is made fresh. My favorites were the shrimp balls (not pictured , the shrimp and chive dumplings, and the lucky cat taro buns (tasted like pancakes!! . I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

BEST DIMSUM AT THE 904 We have been frequently dining at Timwah Dim Sum a Chinese Dish of small steamed or fried savory dumplings containing various fillings served as a snack or usually the main course. There is a sheet where you list your food and drinks and the servers will take care of your order.Our usual pick consists of Shrimp Fried Rice for $10.99 and is always consistently yummy and good for two hungry homies plus 2 orders of Shrimp Shumai dumplings that comes in 3 pieces $5.25) and Shrimp dumpling Hagao Round shape) also comes in 3's and the same price and yes, we really love Shrimp lolIf you haven't been here you should definitely give it a try and you will be happier camper if you did.
