Subway - Jacksonville

The service I received was excellent. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. I ordered two flatbreads, and while they were heated for roasting, they arrived lukewarm at best. In fact, they were cold—very cold.

Very clean store. The staff is more than reasonable at work, but could be a little more friendly with the customers. Overall, a pretty good setup is what you expect from a subway.

Staff is very friendly and speedy on there orders. They have the sweet onion chicken teriyaki down like the back of their hand. Also don't be afraid to ask for extra veggies. They will hook you up. Just make sure you get chips and a drink and it shouldn't be a problem. I definitely promote this place and give it 5 stars.

I really enjoy Subway, but this location has poor customer service and appears to lack concern for cleanliness and presentation. It seems like they don't take notice of how poorly the food is assembled or the condition of the service area. I was quite disappointed during my recent visits.

Food was fine (as underground is always), but everything else was not. Decided to order three sandwiches online at 5:30. App said they were ready at 6:10. I'm about 6:15 (45 minutes later almost) and the sandwiches aren't ready. You're not even STARTED yet. Ends until 20 minutes waiting for them to be finished. I'm coming home and opening mine, extremely hungry, just to find this. The sandwich was STUFFED with so many toppings (I just asked for additional olives and pimples, as I know they don't put many on them) that the sandwich simply unraveled into a flat piece of bread. Wasn't even cut the whole way so I had to tear him with my hands. My sub-parts are usually quite creepy, but not so much. I would recommend skipping this place. It seems to be constantly busy and there are not enough well-trained staff here to keep things fast.
