Sonic Drive-in - Jacksonville

After getting food poisoning from eating at this restaurant, I will never dine here again. I suffered from 3 days of constant vomiting and diarrhea, losing sleep and missing work. I spent hours on the toilet. This was not just a one-time incident, as it happened to me twice. It's a shame because the food was actually delicious, but the near-death experience was definitely not worth it.

I'm certain that there were only two well-paid employees and a long line around the building, but everything was fantastic. Our order was quickly brought out with great attention to detail. The milkshakes were made with care and were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10.

I give this restaurant 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars! We ordered 2 slushes, 2 shakes, loaded tater tots, and a soft pretzel twist. We placed our order at 9:40 and our food finally arrived at 9:47. We had been waiting in the parking lot for about 40 minutes without any updates on our order. When we finally pushed the button for service, we were ignored for another 5 minutes. Eventually, a car hop came out and informed us that they were short-staffed and had closed early. They had seen us waiting the whole time. They wasted our time and our money. I would not recommend eating here. The staff seemed to care very little about the customers. It was clear they didn't want our business nor our money. That's it!

A lot of luck what they want, they never have anything. no wobble rings. they can't move to a stall to drive them. order them before and what they order is not what they get. we said we wanted it to be ready, it was a 20-minute drive and we had to wait. what they demand, how wisely they must make sure that they ask in the window because they don't get it. they pay for additional aromes in their drink that they also do not get. they get a regular limo and then when they ask them the extra in that they have paid for, they see how they are crazy.

Took 25 minutes to get a medium cherry slush. Why!?? I'm not sure, but the lady working drive thru was scrolling thru her cell phone when I pulled up, so I'm guessing it's just irresponsible employees. I'm getting very tired of poor service at this location.
