Phillip Sushi - Jacksonville

What a nice find on Phillips. This place is unpretentious and tidy. Our late lunch was served quickly with well treated ingredients. Compared to our favorite sushi place, the bento box was not filled to the brim; but it was still a generous portion. The service was very friendly and prompt. Will not hesitate to come back for a quick bite.

My husband will only eat sushi from Philip sushi. We have been going for 5 years now. We have taken others and recommend them to anyone who asks We have NEVER had bad food or service.

This is my new go to place for high quality sushi. The chefs are talented and creative as you can see by the tempura basil leaf plate which I highly suggest. It's small but, the service and food are worth it.

Definitely worth coming back! The sushi we tried were pretty fresh and tasty. We had the the yellowtail jalapeño appetizer but forgot to take a picture : , the sexy girl roll was my favorite, the Friday roll, and the ocean roll. Nice peaceful ambiance with piano music. The service was excellent, we came after lunchrush.

I visited this restaurant twice. The first visit was so enjoyable that I decided to come back for my birthday. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff. The atmosphere is cozy, as it is not a very big restaurant. The food was fantastic. On my first visit, I tried a variety of rolls. For my birthday, I ordered the shrimp bento box and a few extra rolls. There was plenty of food, and we ended up taking home leftovers. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back again in the future.
