I'm beginning to question the quality of restaurants these days. It seems like no matter how much you pay, you're always left feeling disappointed. I went to PF Chang's with a friend and had a disappointing experience. We ordered the special, which was supposed to include a salad or soup, an appetizer, and two entrees for $19.95 each. We chose the honey chicken and tofu entrees and ordered the potstickers as an appetizer. However, our meal was a disaster from the start. Our soup and salad, along with the potstickers, arrived just five minutes after we ordered, that was a positive, but our entrees were brought out only 30 seconds later. We had to send them back because we had just received our appetizers. The service was average at best, and the food was mediocre. The potstickers were cold, and the egg drop soup was the highlight of the meal. The tofu was soggy, and the honey chicken was also cold. It made me wonder if they had just brought out what we had sent back 15 minutes earlier, or if this was a new dish altogether, because it certainly didn't taste warm or crispy. It also always feels like chain restaurants like this try to rush you out and not truly allow you to enjoy yourself and the food. Our check was way off as they did not charge us for the special, after 3 times they finally got it right giving us a total of a $5 discount and a free lettuce wrap appetizer for the next visit. Just truly dissatisfied. This was really a 1.5 star experience. I'll try again and hope for a better experience.

Great food and service. I had favorites, Wonton Soup and Mongolian Beef. As usual, both were excellent. Like just about everything else, the price for the meal had increased but still fairly reasonable.

Made a reservation through OpenTable and still had to wait 30-40 min to get seated. Even then when we were, they asked up to sit at a 2 person table with our child and I agreed just because we needed to eat.
