Papa John's Pizza - Jacksonville

Yes the pizza was not a cook as a request, I would ask you to run twice because I prefer Krispy, and when I come home, the pizza was never sharp.

On 07/03/2020, at 6:49 am, I visited the above facility to pick up an order. Upon arrival I noticed signs at the door that advise the use of masks (Duval County is under a mandatory mask request), and a notice that no more than 2 people in the store at a time allowed. The store had three people inside, one with no mask that stands next to another customer. I entered when two customers went out and demanded my order. I immediately noticed that 4 of the six employees in the store did not wear masks. 1, the supervisor, had her mask hanging under her nose, two food prep personnel had her masks around her neck and a fourth delivery driver had no mask at all. All these people were handling, cooking and boxes of food. I reminded the person at the desk (Supervisor) of the mask requirements and asked why none of them wore masks. She ignored me. These people treated foods, in a public establishment, the day after the state Florida reported 10K new cases of Covid-19.

Great job! Other delivery drivers take at least 45 mins. It was a Friday night our complex is a maze! Delivery promised 35-45 mins arrived just under that time! Tried some new menu items and always like papa John?s pizza will order again fast and friendly, good hot food! (Wings could be a little crispier!
