I visited with my family, and my server, Abby, was exceptional. She was very attentive and offered great suggestions. I had my one-year-old daughter and my newborn with me, and the staff made sure we were accommodated comfortably. Kayla, the manager on duty, genuinely showed care for my family and ensured we were at ease. When my one-year-old started to fuss, Kayla kindly asked us what she liked to watch. I was at a loss for words, but Kayla quickly found something kid-friendly on TV, which worked wonders! I've never experienced that level of thoughtfulness before. I will definitely continue to support this business. Thank you so much, Abby, for your wonderful service. Kayla, your exceptional managerial skills are truly appreciated!

THEY DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL! Although they have a liquor license, they are unable to serve drinks due to capacity restrictions. They also lack the ingredients for non-alcoholic beverages. The food was average; the fish lacked flavor, but the gator tail was excellent. The sides—including green beans, collard greens, and sweet potato fries—were quite tasteless. Overall, I would not recommend this place!

We were looking for a place to eat while visiting Jacksonville that was near the airport. OMG this joint was great. Just delicious seafood. Plus huge portions if you look for that as well. My picture was of the stuffed grouper. It was so good. Thank you NB Fish House.

We loved New Berlin Fish House! We had read about it while in the area decided to drive by as it was 4:00 pm we usually eat a late dinner. It looked so good from outside we decided to go in to share a dozen of the oysters. Then we figured, let’s share the poke bowl. Both were fantastic. The poke bowl was huge, and beautifully presented and delicious! Our server Abby, was attentive, fast friendly. We will definitely be going back, there were so many options on the menu, that I want to try.

I really enjoyed my experience. The food was great with very good portions (especially the captain's platter). The server was good considering she single handedly served or large group. I'll definitely be back.
