We had a fantastic time celebrating new year’s at Pratti. They had a fabulous 4 course menu. Every dish we chose was delicious. We especially appreciated working with the manager Emily who was accommodation and professional. Would highly recommend this restaurant
Went out with family for a birthday/engagement celebration. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and our server was great. I had lasagna. It was amazing... I highly recommend it. Can't wait to go again.
First, let me say the food is really really delicious. Their garlic bread is hot and crispy. I've had the salmon a couple of times and the Sunday brunch is something special. Service is a little slow but the wait staff are kind and knowledge. Now the reason for only three stars are for their drinks. There are no free refills. They want to charge $2.50 for a can of soda and $4!! for a glass of oj. Didn't realize I'd be charged for a refill. $8 for two little glasses of juice. That's more than I spent on a beer. It just feels odd that we're spending $200 for drinks, appetizers, and entrees to be charged so outlandishly for regular drinks we can get anywhere. McDonald's to Fogo de Chao to Capital Grille will give you a soda in a glass with refills. It's just weird and it annoys me. We'll be back, it's one of our favorite places as long as we just drink the water.
Service was satisfactory, waitress was attentive. Atmosphere is nice, we got a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. Tasty drinks but nothing really under $10 alcohol wise. Sadly, the food left me feeling less than impressed, which is a bummer when I 'm expecting to be blown away by a 13-layer lasagna that costs $26 as of December 2023. I 've been to upscale Italian restaurants before, but I 've never seen a lasagna priced so steeply. I was expecting a bold and flavorful lasagna. Unfortunately, it tasted very bland and did not satisfy the taste buds like I was anticipating. I took the leftovers to my mom to eat for lunch the next day and she said it tasted very bitter, so it doesn 't seem like the lasagna hits well fresh or leftover. It looked great and there was a nice crunch, but those were really the only redeeming qualities of the lasagna and I place way more emphasis on taste than presentation, especially at higher prices. Frankly, I 've had more flavorful lasagna at chains like Olive Garden and Carraba 's and for cheaper prices. Other person was also not super impressed with her lasagna entree. I also ordered several appetizers for our table. When the truffle fries arrived, they were cold, another bummer because no one likes cold fries. The mushroom arancini was a hit with the other person in my party. The cheese curds were also delicious, fresh and warm. The truffle fries tasted good the next day when I reheated in air fryer. The garlic aioli cream that accompanies the appetizer was potent but delicious. Hence the 3 stars for food/overall, some of the food was tasty, but with the entree being a considerable disappointment and having a cold appetizer, it does not make me want to give this place a second shot.
