Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

This McDonald's is one of the better McDonald's here in Jacksonville since the new GM Lisa we have seen great customer service improvements

French frits not cooked. No ketchup, no sauce for my nuggets. Hamburger looks like he was thrown out of a distance! (Hamburger tastes good hard). They taste strange like fux! Just what I can say is that the girls work super sweet! Can't wait for them to be replaced by automation!

I waited in the car break for 20 minutes to get my food and then, as I was on the way to work, I realized that my order was wrong. I ordered 2 Egg Mcmuffins and what I received were 2 English muffins with cheese, sausage patties, Canadian bacon and NO eggs. This McDonald never seems to correct her orders.

I guess 1 star is considerate enough. It can be no cars, and no one inside and it will still take 20 mins to get your food. They are slow, rather have conversations instead of working. I got sick last time I ate from here and had a stomach virus. I'd stay away from this location.

I haven't been a McDonald connoisseur for over the last five years. Someone insisted I try the #1. To my surprise the food was great. Cheers to their employee Carlton Craddock, he makes the best Big Mac.
