Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

That was probably the worst place I was in every state. the workers had no idea what was going on, their system to order is all messed up, the kiosks are only for card payments, but it is not really enough to put their order in the system. They do not have any money drawers on the window and give the customers the wrong food. the poor manager tried so hard to work together. I will not go back.

I would like to give catlyn a round applause because my **** was water, and instead of the girl who went to fix drinks and look for her. they have made excuses, but katelyn went and searched for him and did it right, more workers like they take care of their customers. great work keep the good work

This is here? mind blow off i orderer on the mobile app and waited for an hour and 30 minutes. they have made my order wrong, had to wait for them to regain it and come home, only to see that in the missing a whole patty on me is beyond. yall get her 0 stars if I could stare yall 0

The service was a little slow, but the food was fresh and hot. and as a reminder, be child to anyone who serves them. the poor woman in the window thanked us that she was nice to her. it should be childish.

The staff here always are kind, quick and courteous. Maybe some others who left a bad review came on a bad day, short staffing is a real issue these days. As a business owner, I can feel that management truly instills strong customer service values and every employee here really cares and takes ownership of customer experience.
