Maggiano's Jacksonville

Our book club gathered here, and we had an amazing dinner experience! The happy hour in the lounge was delightful, and our meals were scrumptious! The service was excellent too!

The food and service were outstanding. It was a wonderful venue to celebrate my daughter's graduation.

We had an excellent waiter who was very friendly and took great care of us. The restaurant was quite busy at 8:30 PM due to graduation night at the nearby UNF arena, which made it a bit noisy. I felt our table was a bit small for our party of eight. However, the food was really good!

Had a 5:15 reservation. Was not seated until after 5:30. My 97 yr. old mother had to stand with her walker until being seated. My mother had a allergy towards garlic which was told to the chef. He said he would work it out to her liking. At 6:30 we asked the waitress what was going on with the food at which time the manager came out and said they were holding the food ready until the special order was finished. He then asked us if we wanted the ready food then and not wait until the special order was ready which we said we did. We got our order but my mother did not get her order until 10-15 min. later. H e tried to make it right by not charging for my mothers plate, however, this was very unacceptable. I have been going to your restaurant for years and this was by far my worse experience.

It seemed as though the kitchen was not prepared for Mother's day. Our meal was a three and a half hour experience. That's way too long to be waiting around for food. We had the family style option and we were disappointed.
