Mad Hatter Cupcake Shop - Jacksonville

When I walked in, I was greeted with a huge smile. As soon as I told the young lady I had never been in before, she walked me through today’s menu and gave a full description of each cupcake. I settled on the mocha caramel sea salt, and the strawberry cream cheese. Both were incredible. The cake was moist, but not gooey. The frosting on the strawberry was perfectly balanced. The frosting on the other had the exact amount of salt needed to cut through the sweetness. I went ahead and ordered 6 of the other 7 selections to go. (I left off the Butterfinger). I’ve sampled all six, and they are all amazing. To me, the standouts in that bunch are the Red Velvet, and the Chocolate Covered Cherry. The seating in the shop was comfortable, and the shop itself was immaculate. I could write all night, and not say enough good things about Mad Hatter. It’s now on the list of places I will go out of my way to get to.

Mad Hatter Cupcake Shop is simply the best! Carol has gone above and beyond to design beautiful, delicious and unique cupcakes for me for my customers! It’s those kind of things that really set her apart! She is always a joy to work with! These cupcakes are delicious but they are literally little “works of art!” Prettiest little cupcakes I’ve ever seen! Thank you Carol for being in Jacksonville, AL.

Your cupcakes are FANTASTIC. Moist and fluffy cupcakes are topped with the perfect amount of sweet frosting. Very consistently delicious. The service is also excellent!

I LOVE this place! All of their cupcakes that I have tasted are delicious. I would say my favorites have been the peaches and cream, and the peanut butter kind. All of their cupcakes are homemade. The peaches and cream had real peaches in the cake, OMG it is so good. Their icing is real, whipped icing, not that sugary stuff that you have to scrape half of it off before even eating it. This place is so delicious, I just can't say enough good things about it. Better than GiGis, or any other cupcake place I've ever had.

The cupcakes from the Mad Hatter Cupcake Shop are delicious! Cookie Butter and Wedding Bliss are my favorite cupcakes!
