Indochine - Jacksonville

This place is amazing! It's right above Burrito Gallery downtown. They are open Monday 11am-2:30pm. Tuesday-Thursday 11am-2:30 and then 5pm-9:30pm. Friday 11am-2:30pm and then 5pm-10pm. Saturday 5pm to 10pm and closed Sunday. It's a taste of Southeast Asia and it's so good! How could not be. Now the only hard part will be deciding between Burrito Gallery and Indochine since they are below and above each other.

First have to say, the hostess Tiffany is the best. So polite and fun. She is constantly working hard as the hostess and the floor. Serving food, taking orders, and being nice. I had the basil duck and it tasted awesome and the calamari is good too. I usually get the fried rice, but Tiffany suggested to try the other meals. Glad I did. She also does a great presentation on the desserts.

The hostess deserves a raise! She's so hard working and trying to juggle 100 things at the same time while still making customers comfortable and happy. She was swamped with seating people and bussing tables but kept a smile on when they ran out of silverware, huge kudos! Our server was kind and attentive, even though she was super duper busy. The food was so dang delicious and came out to table not long after we ordered. Honestly, the wait for our table was well worth it based on the flavor of our food. Highly recommended!

I was in Jacksonville on business last week when I dropped in for Thai food at this restaurant. It has been ranked as top 50 Thai restaurants in the country. The place has really cool decor and a cute bar area. I ordered spring rolls and chicken and shrimp pad Thai. Both were delicious. My sever was super chill and friendly. He recommended I try the Thai Ice Tea which was also good. Definitely recommend this place.
