Ihop - Jacksonville

Our waitress was amazing! My only complaint was the grease/oil used to get the eggs was terrible!

I've been here multiple times and the service and food are a hit-and-miss. I went tonight to sit down and eat, but the issue is when you go in at night you will wait a ridiculous amount of time even if the place is empty. Anyway, tonight I go in and we asked for a booth and the hostess was quick to say the dining room was closed and they are only doing take-out, but the restaurant doesn't close for another two plus hours. Honestly, I am not gonna come back. The service is hit or miss and the staff can either be super nice or give you an attitude, the food is either great or it comes out burned and cold. It isn't worth it.

Tried to eat 08/17/23. Waited for 5 minutes without a greeting and a customer who was already seated had to get up and ask for someone to take her order. Thats when i left to find a restaurant that wanted my business. Ended up at Orange

The waitress Corrine was a very nice young lady. She served us Hot Food was very nice, helpful, courteous, funny, pleasant professional. She made sure that we had our to go order ready as soon as we paid for the check. This was a very nice dining experience. Thank You Corrine ????????

Waitress had an attitude that felt very demeaning as she served our food. Food was not cooked all the way or accurate. Our food was given to someone else and no apology given when new food was prepared 20 minutes later. I order chocolate chip pancakes but the chocolate chips were just thrown on the top and the bottom pancake was plain. My wife’s pancakes were still tasting of the raw ingredients used to cook them.
