From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by your staff. The pizza was delivered promptly and was piping hot, just the way I like it. Seriously a Five out of Five Star Pizza! Never had any problems with my dozens of orders! The food is just as fantastic as their pizza

After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned. I was pleasantly surprised though.I tried the Pizza Bowl, it was really goodThe pizza was delicious.My order arrived quicker than DoorDash would’ve been and they’re really fast . the driver extremely polite and friendly. If he is a reflection of the rest of the staff then I am impressed.Hopefully everything will continue on this level

The food is generally amazing, unfortunately the last 2 times I 've ordered dinner the food was ruined. The first time there was no sauce on our pizza at all(which was kindly and promptly remedied by the nice woman manager), but tonight our garlic knots were burnt.When I tried to address the issue this evening with alex the night manager , he placed me on hold for 14 minutes, he laughed at my expense, he made a racial remark pertaining to Latinos, he called me a narcissist amongst a slew of other wildly unprofessional jabs, I never received my remade food, and was denied a refund. I will never give my money to a business that allows their staff to treat the consumer so poorly ever again. Shame on you.

My last order of 3x pepp rolls boxes had 1 box that was missing the marinara sauce. If it happens again 5 or 6 more times I am going to consider leaving a 4 star review instead of 5. Good Day edit: 2 year update: it never happened again and the pep rolls are still delicious.
