Five Guys - Jacksonville

Based on my experience, the service has always been excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. I rated it four stars because while they provide dry peanuts to snack on while you wait, I believe you aren’t allowed to take any home. This rule, and this rule alone, is why I deducted a star. If anyone replies to say that it’s not true and that you can, in fact, take a tray of peanuts home, I apologize; however, I would appreciate it if someone could confirm whether or not you’re allowed to bring the dry peanuts home. Thank you!

Best burgers and best fries! Make sure to get all the way toppings on your burger. Only thing I don’t like is you get way less fries if you order delivery, so make sure to either dine in or get takeout.

I'm a burger-holic, so I am always up for a burger for dinner. Five Guys is definitely a place to go for a good burger. Are they messy? Yes. Are they greasy? Yes. Are they delicious? Yes : I can't eat these too often, but they are definitely a good place to grab a burger. My go to is a cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms. They also have great fries. The service at this location is always fast and friendly.

Great location and friendly staff! This Five Guys is pretty standard, but we noticed it's unusually slow (not in terms of service), which was a nice change for us. The food was fresh, served hot, and delicious. The staff was polite and welcoming. However, I deducted one star because there are no combo deals available. I think this contributes to why Five Guys isn't as popular as it used to be. Spending $24.00 for one regular burger, one kids' burger, one drink, and one fries is just excessive.

Love the fact that everything tastes so good with using peanut oil to fry there french fries! Also real meat makes such a difference! Love it!
