Domino's Pizza - Jacksonville

After paying a $4.99 delivery fee and leaving a tip, I still had to pick up my own pizza. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the experience.

Order online at 7:30 pm after waiting two(2) hours for the delivery called the store. Dialed "33 "Times without success. Not to cancel order online and my niece credit card has been charged. The worst service I've ever experienced throughout my life. What's going on?

We were informed that a topping was unavailable, but received a phone call offering a substitute. Orders were quick and the service was friendly!

I had to pick up my pizza from the restaurant and when I got home, I found that it was overcooked. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the pizza did not meet my expectations.

Although many people dislike anchovies, I personally enjoy them. I paid extra for anchovies on my dish, but unfortunately did not receive the additional toppings.
