Great Boba Here. Getting better and bigger. Not a Big City Boba place, but, it has satisfying amount of choices. Can't wait until they get bigger.EDIT: I didn't have time when I made my initial review. I have been back. Because we are hooked.My favorite boba drink was the one the bobarista made for me. Told her my likes and dislikes and BOOM, she made a boba drink that is my favorite. My favorites are the chewy jellies and Boba I like it a lot. If you want a coffe tasting drink get a darker tea with an expresso shot.What should you try? OMGoodness,the spam musabi or med spicy fries, oh and the popcorn chicken... Gyudan with mild spicey... yes please....!Smoothie favorite is the Pina Colada.At any rate this is a great place to go. Family members and I LOVE this place. I hope it gets so big they get more boba flavors.Did I say I love this place.... lol well I DO!

My daughter and I love everything about this place!!! The girls are fantastic! We appreciate the message of peace and inclusivity in their decor and we LOVE the art. Our drinks are always perfect and the food is delicious. The prices are super reasonable as well.

I walked in at 4:00 p.m. to get some food and a boba tea. This is my favorite place in Jacksonville to get that so I make a special trip every time I 'm in town. After I walked in I heard the girl in the back ask if they wanted to close the kitchen and before I heard the other girl answer, I asked if the kitchen was closing and the girl from the back walked up and said oh no I 'm sorry it 's closed . This is 3 hours before they close the store. I have no idea why you would stop serving food 3 hours before you close when previously you would stop serving food 30 minutes before you close. The response wasn 't that they were out of food so it wasn 't a shortage, and since you were asking permission to close the kitchen that tells me that everything was still set up to cook.

Best boba since moving back from Japan. Not hard or crumbly... just right texture. Love that they don't accept tips but prefer a good review.... here's mine, I'll be back!! Adored the origami crane wall and koi mural. ?

Eating out of the blending canister in front of customers and using the exact blender after just rinsing it for someone’s beverage item is beyond excusable and unsanitary. I watched as “isabelle” did this and also shared her spoon full of the blended left over drink with another employee to try several times before emptying the rest and proceeding to rinse and make my drink in the same blender. When I informed this young girl of the inconsiderate action of hers that I witnessed and asked her to wash the blender out with soap and water and remake my drink, she looked puzzled and upset to be asked to do this as if she was not in the wrong. She got nasty with me as if there were no obvious signs of health and food regulations being broken. I’ve reached out to the owner of this establishment with no response, a few months ago when this took place. Just be mindful of the individuals who make your drinks here may not always use the best judgment nor expect to have consequences or corrections for their inconsiderate and unsanitary decisions. went in today and had another issue with the same person. I believe i am now being targeted as a “conflict of interest” with this young lady as she declined to allow the cashier to ring me up for a food item by immediately shaking her head no to the cashier who attempted to ask her if the food item could be made. And when I asked her why not, she began turning her back towards me and stated not until the machine works. I then asked how long will this machine would be down and if I could speak with the manager or owner of this establishment.. I was given no direct answer besides “you can go on our page or Instagram”. She laughed as she pulled the other worker to the side and began to mumble something which then made the other worker look my way which is obviously letting me know at this point it’s best I just report this manner to someone above with the food and health department. This will be the last time I visit or refer my healthcare coworkers and friends here.
