Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville

I was somewhat disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I placed my order while my friend was at the register doing the same. After that, we ended up waiting at the counter for what felt like an eternity. The gentleman bagging the orders seemed to be moving at a leisurely pace, and he appeared to be the manager. To make matters worse, he mistakenly gave someone else my friend’s food. Additionally, one of my chicken nuggets was completely burnt. Normally, I have great service at Chick-fil-A, so I'm not sure if the location in Avenues Mall had anything to do with this poor experience, especially since it wasn't even busy.

This is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch. It tends to get quite busy during peak hours, but the staff is efficient at seating and serving you quickly. The team is always attentive, regularly checking in to offer refills and see if you need napkins, sauce, or anything else. I particularly enjoy their cool wraps—they're both healthy and delicious! If I happen to arrive before breakfast ends, I love indulging in a tasty chicken biscuit. However, I do wish they had a more extensive coffee menu or at least a few more options.

I truly love Chick-fil-A! They consistently provide coupons, which is a great perk. Recently, they allowed customers to reserve their new spicy chicken sandwich online, print a coupon, and enjoy a free sandwich. I'm a huge fan of their revamped spicy chicken sandwich recipe; it’s definitely an upgrade! The spice level is much higher now, making it really flavorful. Previously, the spice and seasoning were barely noticeable.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an 8-piece nugget combo, which I ate in the car on my way home. While I was chewing on one of the nuggets, I discovered a small bone inside it! I couldn't believe it. Chick-fil-A usually has great food, but finding a tiny chicken bone in a nugget was surprising. What if my two-year-old son had been eating it? I was really shocked.
