Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville

I ordered a soda with "loves" and got a drink that was mostly ice, with only a quarter of it being soda. This has happened to me before, and I'm curious what the goal is when they serve a customer like this.

The market salad is delicious! The strawberries are sweet, and the grilled chicken is excellent. I love that they use romaine lettuce and other greens. The salad is definitely a winner, and the cider vinaigrette is amazing! Also, the other day I had their chicken biscuit, and it's hands down the best chicken biscuit I’ve ever had from a casual dining restaurant.

Last night, I had dinner with my grandchildren. I forgot how challenging it can be to dine out with two little ones, especially since I don't take them out in public very often. One is five years old and the other is just nine months, so he's into everything. The five-year-old thinks he’s a ninja! Regardless, the meal was great as always, and the other diners were wonderful. There was a lot of interaction with the customers, which added to the experience.

Extremely frustrated. went through the passage, which is understandably as long as usual, but the 2 young people in the window complained only about how badly their feet hurt and yet I just come enough time for us to eat and go to a football game to realize that they did not put my sandwich in the pocket. I called the number and there's an 800 number to them. when you call it sends them by doing some ads for all these different products. you can't talk to a real person. I don't have time to go there to backup, nor should I have to. that is extremely disappointing!
